98 Points. A gorgeous magnum that contains 100% Syrah that is aged for 18 months in about 15% new French oak barrels. One of my favorite wines of the tasting, this magnum of Syrah explodes with captivating aromas of crushed black pepper, smoked meat, boysenberry, and a crushed stone minerality. An opulent palate with additional flavors of pink grapefruit zest, black plum, and savory cedary herbs merge with the crunchy tannins and perfect levels of mouthwatering acidity.
