Cristom Eileen Vineyard Pinot Noir
Perched at the crest of the Eola Hills, Eileen Vineyard, named after co-founder Eileen Gerrie is situated at the highest elevation on the Cristom estate rising to over 735 feet. Eileen is defined by the cold, Pacific Ocean winds that blast the site via the Van Duzer Corridor and dramatic volcanic soil variation from ancient basalt flows. The fruit is structured, vibrant, and persistent.
The 2021 Eileen Vineyard Pinot Noir is structured and vibrant with dense fine tannins and aromas and flavors of dried blueberries, sweet blackberries, herbaceous notes of lupine and tobacco, black olive, and cocoa.
