The "generic" Chablis are the most available wines. Clear, fresh and light, their aromas and flavours develop rapidly. They keep for 5 years and more, depending on the vintage. Chablis is served between 10° and 12°C as an aperitif, with oysters, seafood, snails, cold meats, goat cheese or Gruyère cheese.
