Marramiero ‘Dante di Marramiero’ Montepulciano d’Abruzzo ‘01
Montepulciano d'Abruzzo Dante di Marramiero was born in the Masseria Sant'Andrea, in Villa San Giovanni (Pescara), from 55-60 year old vineyards characterized by a clay soil and facing south. Its vinification foresees a fermentation with the skins in submerged cap vats, a maceration at a temperature of 25-30 ° C and an integral extraction of the wine with soft presses. Following an aging in vats for 18 months, in small new barrels for at least 24 months and in the bottle for at least 6 years.
