Brooks Pinot Blanc
Brooks Pinot Blanc is sourced from vineyards planted on volcanic basalt and marine sediment in the Willamette Valley. It was cold fermented in stainless steel and did not go through malolactic fermentation. It showcases the transparency of their complex geology through depths of flavor and texture. There is also a dessert-style Pinot Blanc, called Telesto. Some reviewers describe the wine as having aromas of lemon blossom and tropical fruit, flavors of citrus and tropical fruit with refreshing acidity, and notes of lemon zest, opal apples, gooseberries, and pear with a mineral finish
