A non-vintage Champagne produced by a family-owned winery in Damery, France. It's a blend of Pinot Meunier, Chardonnay, and Pinot Noir, with a solera started in 1980 that includes at least 30 different vintages. The wine does not undergo malolactic fermentation and spends 3 years on the lees before disgorgement.
