Jorgensen Nisse + Hygge Red Table Blend
- The Blend: 80% Gamay Noir and 20% Cabernet Franc.
- Flavor Profile: It captures an elemental earthiness and a subtle hint of woodsmoke alongside flavors of sweet, ripe summer berries and cherry.
- Process: Grapes were hand-harvested, destemmed, and went through spontaneous alcohol and malolactic fermentations with no additives. It was aged in small stainless steel barrels and neutral French oak barrels.
- Style: Intentionally untamed, light-to-medium bodied, and meant for immediate enjoyment rather than long-term cellaring.
