Liberty Ciderworks Golden Russet
Discovered between 1800 and 1850, Golden Russets may resemble potatoes (due to their bronze-hued, russeted skins), but they are one of Americas best cider apples. This single-varietal cider expresses classic jackfruit and nutmeg flavors. Enjoy on its own, or with pork, figs, honey and charcuterie.
