"This is sourced from the Pines Vineyard, which dates back more than a century. It's located east of the Columbia Gorge AVA, where the weather turns dry and hot. This is one of a tiny handful of Zinfandel vineyards anywhere in Oregon. Ripe and rich black fruits are front and center, with a streak of anise, espresso and char. Despite the high alcohol, it steers clear of palate burn in the finish."
