This traditional method sparkling is made of 70% Gamay and 30% Chardonnay. Even though Gamay is a red grape, this is a white, brut sparkling wine! Loaded with peach and apple fruit and a touch of nutty complexity from 24 months on the lees after the Champagne-style secondary fermentation.
