Jean Vesselle "Oeil de Perdrix" Brut
Dried rose petals, with hints of red currant and strawberries give much of its high-toned aromatics, but there is plenty of depth to the fruit as well. Deceptively medium in body, with good structure and exceptional overall balance. Long finish with spicy note, particularly pleasant.
