The 2017 Adega Northwest Weinbau Vineyard Block 10 Cabernet Sauvignon from Columbia Valley, Washington, is a red wine crafted entirely from Cabernet Sauvignon grapes. Tasting notes highlight fruit-forward flavors of black cherry, blackberry, and boysenberry, complemented by nuances of chocolate, leather, graphite, mint, and dried herbs. The wine is described as supple and velvety in texture, making it a suitable pairing for dishes such as braised short ribs, veal chops, lamb shanks, roasted winter vegetables, and burgers.
