“Legit” is crafted by Tolaini in Tuscany, inspired by classic Left Bank Bordeaux structure but with Tuscan warmth. The 2020 vintage spent 24 months in French oak (new and used), lending depth and complexity. Aromas of blackcurrant, leather, and espresso meet a palate of dark fruit, savory spice, and firm tannins. Decant for an hour and serve with bistecca alla Fiorentina, lamb, or aged pecorino. ABV ~14%.
