Farina Valpolicella Ripasso
A rich, structured Italian red wine known for its dark ruby color and intense aromas of cherry, plum jam, pepper, licorice, and ginger, with hints of leather and dried fruit from the Ripasso process (re-fermented on Amarone lees). It offers a harmonious, vigorous palate with juicy acidity, balanced by subtle tannins, flavors of black cherry, berry, and spice, making it excellent with roasted meats and mature cheeses.
