HISTORY AND ETYMOLOGY

From Maranges to Ladoix-Serrigny, the Hautes-Côtes de Beaune dominates the Côte de Beaune to the west. Located on a plateau at an altitude between 280 and 450 meters, they offer a varied landscape alternating valleys and hills.

Crêtot could be compared to Crots or Crotots characterizing hollow terrain.

THE TERROIR OF OUR WINE

Our wine comes from vines with an average age of 35 years, located in Bouze-les-Beaune. Facing northwest and located at an altitude of 400 meters, they rest on soil of so-called Nantoux limestone
