DAOU Patrimony Blanc
Crafted from the renowned vineyards of Paso Robles, the DAOU Patrimony Sauvignon Blanc is a strikingly elegant and expressive white wine that beautifully balances richness with vibrant freshness. Fermented and aged with meticulous care, this wine showcases the depth and sophistication that Patrimony wines are known for.
On the nose, layers of citrus blossom, white peach, tropical fruit, and fresh-cut herbs are complemented by subtle hints of minerality and oak. The palate is textured and refined, offering flavors of Meyer lemon, ripe pear, melon, and a touch of vanilla wrapped in bright acidity and a long, polished finish.
Rich enough to pair with seafood, roasted chicken, creamy pastas, or soft cheeses, this is a beautifully structured Sauvignon Blanc that drinks exceptionally now while also rewarding short-term cellaring.

Review Date: 09/2023"An attractive nose with ripe lemons, white peaches, stone fruits, white flowers, fresh herbs and hints of stones. Medium-bodied with a well-rounded, creamy texture. Ample and caressing with weight on the palate yet it remains aerial and agile. Fresh acidity and undertones of exotic fruits kick in towards the salivating, frank finish. 65% sauvignon blanc and 35% semillon. Drink or hold."
