Tasting Notes:

Even drier than in previous vintages, this vintage of Evergreen Riesling opens with notes of pear and even subtle banana aromas. It has a tropical fruit acidity with hints of pineapple and a nice, long mouth-feel that coats the tongue. One of the only Rieslings completely fermented in concrete, and it is very fruit-forward and super lengthy. Enjoy this wine with your favorite Asian cuisine!
