The Monte Tondo winery is located within the DOC of Soave Classico, they are a family owned and operated winery producing traditional 100% Garganega for their whites.  Grown organically on clay and limestone the wine is bristling with wet rock aromas, lime zest, green apple and a touch of the telltale hazelnut aromas of the region.  A textbook example of the grape and region.
