A rich and complex expression of Piedmontese tradition, Antica Torino Vino Chinato is an aromatized and fortified wine inspired by the classic Barolo Chinato. Made from Langhe Nebbiolo DOP and infused with an intricate blend of botanicals, it strikes a beautiful balance between sweetness, bitterness, spice, and depth.

The nose opens with mulled wine, dried rose petals, and warming spice. On the palate, pronounced notes of cinchona and gentian bring an appealing bitterness, followed by layers of nutmeg, allspice, vanilla, and Mexican chocolate. The finish is long, aromatic, and pleasantly bittersweet.

With its character falling somewhere between sweet vermouth and amaro, Vino Chinato is equally enjoyable as an after-dinner digestif or as a sophisticated cocktail ingredient.
