One of Champagne's great expressions of Chardonnay, from a house famed for finesse. Le Blanc de Blancs is made 100% from Chardonnay sourced from the Grand Cru villages of the Côte des Blancs — Avize, Chouilly, Cramant, and Le Mesnil-sur-Oger, along with Oger. Each village lends its own signature: Avize for structure and fruit, Chouilly for depth and salty chalk minerality, Cramant for florals and acidity, and Le Mesnil-sur-Oger for definition.

The house was founded in 1818, when Nicolas François Billecart and Elisabeth Salmon married and established Maison Billecart-Salmon in Mareuil-sur-Aÿ — still family-run, and still built on the same precise, low-intervention approach.

Tasting NotesA creamy attack leads into a palate of meringue, fresh almond, and lemon zest, with perfect balance between power and subtle mineral notes, closing on a long, elegant, refreshing finish. Round and supple, with the delicate, bright tension that is the signature of Billecart-Salmon.
