The wine is crisp, dry, and aromatic, with vibrant notes of citrus, fresh herbs, and mineral, balanced by lively acidity and a pleasantly textured mid-palate. Grapes are sourced from the historic Valle de San Vicente, just nine miles from the Pacific Ocean, lending the wine a refreshing coastal character.

Fermented and aged entirely in stainless steel, with no oak influence, the wine preserves its bright fruit and delicate aromatics.
