A single-vineyard rosé with real backbone. Made from 100% Cabernet Franc grown at Sanitella Vineyard, this is high-elevation fruit at its most expressive — aromatics of fresh watermelon and tart red tree fruit leading into a palate that stays bright and driven from first sip to finish.

Sanitella is planted in deep, fractured basalt, and it shows: a fine mineral thread runs alongside the balanced fruit, while the site's elevation preserves the kind of acidity and complexity that make a rosé worth lingering over. Fermented and aged entirely in stainless steel to keep everything crisp, clean, and true to the vineyard.

Tasting Notes Fresh watermelon and tart red tree fruit on the nose. Stony basalt minerality on the palate, framed by vibrant acidity and layered complexity from start to finish.
