Most rosé is an afterthought — juice bled off a red fermentation. This isn't that. The Rambeaux Rosé is 100% Pinot Noir from 100% Rambouillet Vineyard in the Dundee Hills — the estate's own volcanic Jory site, the same ground that backs the winery's flagship reds.

The winery calls Rambeaux "this offspring of our Dusky Goose brand — sophisticated and approachable." In rosé form, that means texture without weight.

The secret is a split cellar regime: roughly 38% raised in neutral French oak barrel and 62% in stainless steel. Stainless keeps the citrus snap and lift; neutral oak adds breadth across the mid-palate. You get a rosé you can drink on a porch and put on a dinner table.
