This is s a crisp, low-intervention white wine from northern Portugal, produced by retired horticulture professor António A. Monteiro in Ronfe near Guimarães. Bright notes of pineapple, tangerine blossom, lemon curd, and fresh white flowers, underscored by a subtle mineral backbone.
