A German pét-nat from the Kopp winery in Baden. The sparkling wine is not disgorged at the end of bottle fermentation, the lees remain in the bottle. Scheurebe is a wonderfully aromatic grape, so expect a fragrant, fruity, and fresh style with plenty of texture, very easy to drink.
