Lobo Hills Sauvignon Blanc
"Aged in stainless steel for five months on the lees (that's yeast transferred from the fermentation tank to the aging tank). This 2023 Sauvignon Blanc gives way to bright aromatics like Fuji apples, honeydew melon and ruby grapefruit. The mouthfeel is balanced with food-friendly acidity making it dry, not overly fruit forward, with flavors of green apples, pineapple, gooseberries and hay. The well-balanced nature of this wine makes it easy to enjoy on its own, or as noted, paired with foods that bring out the citrus and melon characteristics." Winemaker notes
