Now fifth-generation: Sylvie Raffault with husband Eric de la Vigerie and son Arnaud. 25 hectares total, organic certified since 2013. Whole-berry fermentation, 25-30 days in stainless steel, aged minimum 4 years in old foudres before release. The family maintains a deep library.
