Caprio cellars Eleanor Estate Red Blend
This is a blend of 62% Cabernet Sauvignon, 20% Merlot, 12% Malbec and 6% Cabernet Franc. Aromas of pencil eraser, fresh and dried savory herb and black cherry lead to flavors that show the sophistication of the vintage. It offers evidence of some reduction initially.
