The Orgo Saperavi represents a true elegance of a balanced Saperavi. This wine is made from 80 year old vines. The wine is fermented and aged in Qvevri (Large clay jars).

Notes of currant, black cherry followed by earthy notes of tobacco and chocolate. A great balance of fresher fruits and robust notes finishing with firm but manageable tannins.
