A south-facing vineyard plot in Polisot, Côtes des Bar. The grapes are grown on marly terroir rich in marine fossils. The wine is aged for at least four years on its lees before disgorging, and it's a Brut Nature. The wine is made from 100% Pinot Noir and is zero dosage.
