The 2004 Silver Oak Alexander Valley Cabernet Sauvignon has a dark and dense ruby color and a fascinating nose reminiscent of cumin, thyme, violets and ripe plum. It has a moderate, balanced entry with a mid-palate with cigar box flavors. It finishes with moderate weight and length and a bright cranberry return. Decanting may be necessary due to very light sediment. Enjoy now through 2026.
