Winemaker Notes: The nose brings to mind white peach and pear but also more floral notes such as peony. On the palate a mineral Champagne, lightly biscuity, creamy, supple, seductive. Ideal as an aperitif. At the table it goes superbly with white meats, chilled smoked salmon with citrus fruits, tagliatelle with scallops.
Wine Spectator, 92pts - "Beautifully aromatic, with abundant ground spice, graphite and toasted coconut notes, this mouthwatering Champagne features a satiny mousse and a rich profile of dried papaya, glazed nectarine, grated ginger and chopped almond, all set on an elegant frame. "
