Brigadoon Pinot Noir Rose
Our dry rosé comes largely from fruit grown just down the road at Salerno Vineyard outside of Monroe, Oregon with about 10% from our own estate vineyard. The Salerno Vineyard is a lower elevation planting of Pinot Noir and the vines produce wines with expressive fruit driven flavors of strawberry, red raspberries and melon, while our estate fruit is Wadenswil clone Pinot Noir and late to ripen, offering acidity and complexity. Minimal skin contact of under 2 hours before pressing and the bright acidity keep this dry style of rosé light and refreshing and is the perfect compliment to light summer fare or it can be enjoyed by itself.utt
