A skin-contact orange wine from Pouilly-Fumé in the Loire Valley. It's a limited-production 100% Sauvignon Blanc from biodynamically farmed vines, macerated on the skins for five months, fermented with native yeasts, and aged for a year in old barrels. James Suckling rated it 92 points, noting aromas of cedar, yellow grapefruit and meadow flowers, with bright acidity and a dry, mineral, crisp finish.
