Laya is a bold and expressive red blend from the Almansa DO in southeastern Spain, crafted by Bodegas Atalaya. This wine is a blend of Garnacha Tintorera (Alicante Bouschet) and Monastrell, grown in high-altitude vineyards with old vines that produce concentrated, complex fruit.

Deep ruby in color, Laya opens with aromas of ripe blackberry, plum, and dark cherry, accented by hints of violet, spice, and a touch of earthy minerality. On the palate, it is full-bodied yet approachable, with velvety tannins, vibrant acidity, and a long, satisfying finish.
