Bright, crisp, and beautifully refreshing, it opens with aromas of citrus, grapefruit, white peach, hawthorn, and delicate floral notes. The palate is fresh and harmonious, offering vibrant acidity, savory minerality, and a clean, saline finish, with subtle hints of acacia honey adding depth.

Fermented and aged in stainless steel on fine lees for approximately three months, the wine preserves its bright fruit, freshness, and distinctive Ligurian character.
