Board Track Racer "The Chief" (by Mark Ryan Winery) is a bold Washington state red blend. It mostly uses Cabernet Sauvignon grapes. The wine tastes and smells like ripe blackberries, cherries, and vanilla. It has a thick body, strong tannins, and a smooth finish.
The Nose : Smells like dark berries, toasted cocoa, and a hint of sweet tobacco.
The Palate: Tastes like ripe blackberries, black cherries, and creamy vanilla.
The Finish: A rich and long end with firm tannins (the dry, fuzzy feeling in your mouth from grape skins).
