Pale, yellow color with light green nuances. Fine drifting pearl. Fresh and clean nose with hints of citrus and white stone fruit. Fruity refreshing style that is pleasantly soft to drink. Dry and simple but with a lot of taste.

90% Macabeo + 10% Chardonnay, with a selection of only the best grapes. This results in a deeper complexity. The grapes are pressed gently so that only the best of the must remains. After a classic fermentation, the wines get their pearl in the bottle, just like the famous Champagne. Brut dosed.
